Mass-produced and manufactured all over the world, these toys are a subject of aw-ness and smiles everywhere. Originating in the United States under the Ideal Novelty and Toy Co, the toy was an immediate success and the craze still continues to grow and spread! The teddy bear has been an inspiration for cartoon characters such as Winnie-The Pooh, Yogi Bear and also Paddington Bear. One cannot forget Goldilocks and Three Bears or Bhalu from the Jungle Book! Children as well as grown-ups have developed a fondness for these toys but it has to be noted that men don’t really care for them much. Soft, cuddly and cute, these toys have won hearts all over the globe! A number of companies and brands manufacture and endorse the toy.
